About Sara Olson
Sara brings over 30 years of experience from a variety of leadership roles in health care. For the past 9 years, Sara has led the development of the
Quality Factor program and coached more than 100 medical groups in performance improvement using state of the art tools. Examples from some group's
accomplishments include implementing simple, effective tracking systems, creating cooperative work groups that get rid of gossip, using focused patient
surveys to improve satisfaction and development of an efficient clinic huddle process.
Sara started her consulting business in 2000 after a successful 21 year career at PeaceHealth in Eugene. Her most recent position was the Regional
Director for the Community Health Record, a corporate wide EHR initiative.

is consistently rated highly by the physicians for topic relevance and value to the practice. Some of her presentation topics include error science and
change, performance improvement fundamentals, developing high functioning teams and advanced performance improvement. Sara tailors the topic to the group
and provides simple, concise tools. Sara has also done presentations to large groups such as the Portland Medical Group Managers and the Oregon Society
of Medical Assistants.
